We will carefully style and refine each space using your existing furnishings and décor, creating clean, inviting rooms that photograph beautifully. Through thoughtful editing, furniture placement, and finishing touches, we’ll help your home stand out online and make a lasting first impression.
Vacant Staging
Our expert team transforms your property by fully furnishing each staged room with a clear focus: highlighting the home’s key features, merchandising its most impactful spaces, and minimizing any flaws.

It’s worth noting that staging is not the same as interior design. Interior design creates a living space tailored to the owners’ personal tastes and needs. Home staging, on the other hand, is about preparing a home for sale that appeals to the widest possible pool of buyers.
The Process
Preview- We begin by visiting your vacant property to take photos and measurements. Within 24 hours, you’ll receive a detailed staging proposal. Once approved, a 50% deposit secures your installation date.
From there, we thoughtfully select furniture and décor from our curated inventory to complement your home’s style, appeal to today’s buyers, and help it stand out in your local market.
Staging Day - We require full access to the home along with a key. We will carefully set up all the furniture and accessories and then tidy up when we are finished. Depending on the scope of the project, most vacant stagings take one day but can occasionally take two.
Staging Removal- We recommend keeping your property staged through contingencies. Once the process is complete, we will schedule the destage.
Occupied Home Staging
Every occupied home is unique, which is why we offer customized staging solutions based on your home’s needs and your goals. During your consultation, we’ll recommend the level of service that will have the greatest impact.
Using your existing furnishings, we thoughtfully edit, rearrange, and style each space to highlight your home’s best features while creating a warm, inviting atmosphere that appeals to today’s buyers. When needed, we can incorporate our own artwork, rugs, accessories, and select furnishings to complete the transformation.
Our goal is to help buyers see the home’s full potential—not the current owner’s personal style—so they can envision themselves living there.
